When viewing the GIFT Card BEFORE to add it to the cart, the following will appear:
1. If you introduce the recipient's of the gift card's name and email address in the proposed fields during the Gift Card purchasing process, we will email the Gift Card as well as instructions to the recipient to redeem the gift card.
2. If you don't, we will email the Gift Card data to you; you can then, for instance, print and post, or forward via email to the person your want to spoil.
In case of question, do not hesitate to raise it via the Chat - during working hours - or via the CONTACT FORM available on the website.
If Option 1. above is selected, UPON RECEIPT OF THE GIFT CARD, THE DESIGNATED RECIPIENT NEEDS TO:
- Create an account on HXS website
- Drop his/her selection into the cart
- Start the ordering process and enter the Gift Card Code
The Gift Card face amount (25.00 CHF or its equivalent amount in EUR, GBP, USD, HKD, JPY or SGD) will be deducted from the order net amount (i.e. excluding Tax, VAT or shipment costs if applicable).
Note that:
- The order total amount must be at least equal to the Gift Card face amount (NO partial amount usage is allowed)
- The Gift Card can only be used once AND before the end of the validity period mentioned on the Gift Card
